Save the pieces you want to buy to your wishlist and set a maximum price for each. OutOfDark then watches for a similar coin on our collectors' marketplace. With Premium, you can turn on up to ten active alerts that search upcoming auctions too. The calendar also shows you when and where the sales take place.

A list of coins you've yet to get

The wishlist is a parking lot for coins you're watching but don't have yet – auction lots, dealers' offers, missing pieces in a series. It stays separate from the collection you already own, and you search and filter it just like your catalog.

A price ceiling so you don't overpay

For each coin you're after, set a ceiling on how much you're willing to pay – then in the heat of an auction you know when to bid again and when to calmly walk away, with no morning regret. And because the same coin sometimes sells in several places, you can keep multiple links with dates right there, so no opportunity gets away.

We watch the marketplace and upcoming auctions

Your wishlist is more than a passive note. When a similar piece appears on the OutOfDark marketplace, we alert you by email. With Premium, you can turn on an active alert for ten wishlist items across upcoming auction lots from different auction houses. Matches are intentionally broad – based on the ruler, denomination, country and year – so you can choose what is worth a closer look.

Every auction under control in one place

The auction calendar shows you which numismatic sales are coming up – across dozens of auction houses, without trawling site after site. For an auction that tempts you, switch on the bell and a reminder arrives by email the day before, so you don't miss the start. And with one click you add the auction straight to your own calendar – Google, Apple or Outlook.

At a coin fair, an exhibition or in the auction room it helps to have a list of what you're after off your phone too.
